Matthew Hartmann defends his dissertation successfully
On April 25th 2019, GSBSE student Matthew Hartmann successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Characterization of ethanol-related phenotypic differences between C57BL/6J and C57BL/6NJ substrains: Role of Cyfip2?” Matt was co-advised by Dr. Alan Rosenwasser of the UMaine Psychology Department and Dr. Vivek Kumar of The Jackson Laboratory. Matt has accepted a postdoctoral position in the Department of Genetic Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical in New York.
