Kayla Gjelsvik won 2nd prize in poster competition at the Annual Drosophila Research conference. She is a GSBSE PhD student in the Losick Lab at the Biological Laboratory. Her poster was titled “Polyploid cell growth restores tissue mechanics post injury”.
