1) review application materials
2) admissions committee member(s) contact applicant via email to setup a phone/skype interview for selected applicants
3) selected domestic applicants are invited to on site interviews from Feb 12th through Feb 15th, we pay for and arrange all travel, lodging, and meals for applicants
4) immediately following the interviews the admissions committee makes offers to selected applicants
