Student Travel Reimbursement Policy Hotel accommodations will be provided/reimbursed for GSBSE-supported students (rotating students) to attend mandatory GSBSE events when the travel time is 2 hours or more in length for meetings starting at or before 8:00am and ending at or after 7:00pm. Students requesting a single room when sharing a room is an option
