B.S. Biological Engineering, University of Maine
After receiving my B.S. in biological engineering from the University of Maine I moved on to The Jackson Laboratory (TJL) as a full time Biomedical Engineer and am currently enrolled in the GSBS Ph. D. program in the Biomedical Engineering Track. My passion is combining biology and engineering that, through both commercial and custom devices, lead to the advancement of scientific discoveries and research. My purpose in furthering my education is to master the skills within the Biomedical Engineering so that I can steer projects I am working on throughout my career along the most efficient path possible. I feel so fortunate to have found a career niche that is a natural fit for my interests.
